Job summary

Harwood Grains and Stockfeeds is seeking a full-time Warehouse and Retail Operator in Ballarat, VIC. You will manage inventory, process orders, and deliver friendly service in our retail outlet while supporting warehouse operations on-site.

The role requires experience in warehousing or retail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Forklift licence is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Fulfilling customer orders by picking, packing and dispatching goods from our warehouse.
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels.
• Receiving and unloading incoming deliveries.
• Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service in our retail store.
• Assisting with general warehouse and retail duties as required.
