• Process invoices, purchase orders and approval workflows accurately and on time.
• Manage consumables, materials, supplier orders and follow-ups.
• Prepare national Service and Distribution reports, invoice costing and month-end accruals.
• Maintain SAP and MyBuy material records and support stocktakes and audits.
• Coordinate site engagement initiatives and record warehouse safety conversations.
• Partner with warehouse teams to improve service delivery, productivity and workplace culture.
• Support safety, people, environmental and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide ongoing training and development support to our offshore team.
