The Smith's Snackfood Company, part of PepsiCo, is seeking an Inventory Controller (Raw Materials) to ensure accurate material inventory, stock integrity and governance across our Tingalpa site in Brisbane. You will partner with Production, Planning, Purchasing and Quality to maintain stock accuracy and continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in inventory control, warehousing, manufacturing or logistics.
• ERP knowledge, preferably SAP, with stock control and reconciliation.
• Strong analytical and numerical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret inventory data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Capable of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Continuous improvement mindset focused on accuracy and governance.
• Understanding of governance, compliance, audit requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate raw material inventory records, stock integrity and effective reconciliation processes.
• Manage cycle counts, stocktakes, inventory reporting and governance compliance.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, variances and system issues.
• Monitor inventory risks, including obsolete, blocked and short shelf-life stock, and manage write-offs.
• Ensure inventory transactions, adjustments and reporting comply with Global Control Standards (GCS), Delegation of Authority (DOA) and site procedures.
• Support SAP inventory and warehouse management processes, ensuring accurate material movements and transactions.
• Analyse inventory data, provide actionable insights and drive continuous improvement in accuracy, controls and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, suppliers and service providers while maintaining safety, quality, food safety and company standards.
