Job summary

Viatek is seeking a hands-on Operations Assistant to support our day-to-day warehouse and customer service tasks from our Orange, NSW office. No technical experience is required as full training is provided.

You will handle deliveries, stock control, order preparation and assist on-site installations when needed. We value a positive attitude, reliability, and strong organisational skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a small team.

Qualifications

• Candidate has a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Reliable and proactive by nature.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.

• Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
• Must hold a valid Australian driver’s licence.
• Ability to obtain Working with Children Check and National Police Check.
• Experience in customer service or delivery roles.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Order parts and maintain stock levels.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Keep information up to date in internal systems.
• Assist in setting up new equipment.
• Support installation team on customer sites when required.
