Job description

As our Sales Support Officer, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our sales team. Working closely with internal teams, customers and suppliers, you will help ensure sales processes are completed accurately, efficiently and on time.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the sales team activities
• Processing equipment orders and invoices
• Completing data entry and maintaining accurate records
• Performing account reconciliations
• Preparing reports and updating business tools
• Managing incoming customer enquiries and internal requests

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent attention to detail, and takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative support.

This is a part time role, 22.5 hours per week.
