Job summary

Harvey Norman Dubbo is seeking a motivated 2IC for the warehouse team. You will support dispatch, receiving, and team coaching, ensuring accurate orders and excellent customer service at a busy retail hub in Dubbo.

You will lead by example, manage daily workflow, and liaise with drivers and customers, contributing to a safe, efficient operation with opportunities for career progression within a trusted national brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse management and shipping/receiving processes.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to coach and motivate a small team.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispatch and receiving of orders to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Coach and lead warehouse staff to maintain high service standards.
• Liaise with customers to resolve queries and ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate loading/unloading and movement of goods within the warehouse.
• Contribute to WHS practices and safe working procedures.

The Harvey Norman DubboWarehouse Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused 2IC to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.

As a 2IC, you have a good understanding of the dispatching and receiving of orders, coaching staff and liaising with customers providing exceptional customer service.

To be successful you must:

• Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Enjoy working in a team environment

What we require:

• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written
• To be highly organised and possess great time management skills
• Experience in warehouse management
• Have the ability to warehouse operations, assist coaching, lead and motivated an enthusiastic team
• Must be motivated and have a great eye for detail
• Experience checking delivery sheets
• Effective, timely and accurate distribution of goods in and out of our warehouse, including loading of trucks
• A strong commitment to WH&S policies and procedures
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a "can do" attitude
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
• Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
• Current Forklift, Drivers and Pickers License (preferred)
