Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Patient Facing Ward Based Catering Supervisor to manage localised catering in a ward setting, ensuring health, safety and high hygiene standards, and delivering compassionate patient care.

You will supervise meal preparation, plating and service to patients, record temperatures, coordinate with the main catering unit, handle stock orders, and support colleagues while maintaining cleanliness and adherence to procedures.

Responsabilités

• Provide localised catering service observing health, safety and hygiene procedures.
• Deliver compassionate patient care in relation to meals and service to patients, visitors and staff.
• Prepare patient meal trays, plate and serve hot and cold items, and deliver meals to patients.
• Record temperatures for food, equipment, and beverages as part of quality control.
• Assist with ordering and stock receipt from the main catering unit to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Clean and maintain kitchen and related areas according to departmental schedules.
