• Taking patient orders and communicating requirements to catering.

Responsibilities

• Provide localised catering service observing health, safety and hygiene procedures and maintaining high standards.
• Deliver patient meals and serve customers with care and compassion.
• Record food temperatures and monitor equipment temperatures.
• Clear and clean meal trays, crockery and cutlery; manage waste as required.
• Assist with ordering and receipt of goods to maintain stock levels.
