Job summary

Lucas Collective's Yakimono in the CBD is hiring waitstaff to deliver a memorable dining experience, coordinating and communicating many elements of service with a guest-focused, charismatic approach.

You will greet and seat guests, take orders, deliver food and drinks, and maintain station cleanliness, contributing to a premium, high-volume environment. The role offers competitive salaries, staff discounts, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience as a section waitstaff in a high volume, premium restaurant is advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations
• Adaptable and able to multi-task effectively
• Strong work ethic and a 'can do' attitude
• Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day to day operations
• Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekend, public holiday, opening and closing shifts

Responsibilities

• Ensure exceptional guest service, from the moment a guest walks in, to the moment they leave
• Greet & seat guests, taking orders, delivering food and drinks to the table
• Demonstrate knowledge of food & wine and genuine interest for hospitality
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of station and service areas at all times

About the Opportunity:

We are looking for the industry’s best Waitstaff to join our team to deliver an unforgettable experience for our guests. Coordinate and communicate a multitude of elements within the restaurant. You will be guest focused and bring a charismatic approach to your work.
