About the role

This is a hands-on floor role for our Friday and Saturday night dinner service. Our nights run on a Japanese/Asian inspired menu alongside natural wine, cocktails and local beers, with live music and DJs, it's a lively, social shift, not a quiet one.

What we're looking for

Previous restaurant or hospitality floor experience is preferred but not essential, we're more interested in attitude than a résumé. You'll need to be confident and friendly with guests, calm and organised under pressure, reliable, and the kind of person who notices what needs doing without being asked. RSA required.
