Job summary

The Fresh Collective in Sydney is seeking a casual Front of House hospitality professional to join a premium venue. You will take orders, serve guests, and handle A la Carte dining and bar service while using the POS system with care and accuracy.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of FOH experience in a premium setting, a valid NSW RSA, and solid teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Availability includes Monday and Friday 10am-3pm, and Tuesday-Thursday 9am-7pm, with occasional evening

Qualifications

• Experience in front-of-house hospitality at premium venues.
• Proven ability in A La Carte service and bar service.
• RSA certification for NSW must be valid.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and ensure customers have a delightful experience.
• Deliver food and beverage service to guests in a professional, efficient and courteous manner.
• A la carte and bar service.
• Use the POS, entering orders and handling cash/card.
• Maintain knowledge of the bar’s wine list, cocktail menu and food menu.
• Assist in opening and closing procedures.

• Casual role starting at approximately 15 to 20 hours per week

The Role

About You

• Passionate about customer service, experienced and motivated about working in a fast-paced busy environment
• 1 year in FOH hospitality in a premium venue
• A La Carte waitperson experience
• A team player who can work independently
• Well presented with a great work ethic and a positive CAN DO attitude
• Australian Citizen, PR and medium term visa holders only
• Have a valid NSW RSA
• Valid working rights in Australia
• Available to work on Monday & Friday 10am - 3pm and Tuesday to Thursday 9am - 7pm with occasional evening shifts on Monday and Friday
