Job summary

Hotel Federal in Hobart is seeking a friendly front of house team member to take orders, serve drinks, and deliver food in a full-service restaurant. You will be part of a welcoming team, delivering high standards of customer service in a vibrant setting.

Shifts include night hours Tue-Sun 5pm to 9/9:30pm. Duties cover payments, cleaning, stock management, and assisting kitchen staff. English fluency is required; knowledge of Japanese is a plus, and prior experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of full-service restaurant experience preferred.
• Fluent English communication is required.
• Knowledge of Japanese language is a plus.

About the Candidate

We are looking for friendly and reliable front of house team member that will provide exceptional customer service.,

• Full service restaurant working experience (at least 1 year)

Preferred

• Asian/Japanese food background knowledge
• Fluent in English communication
• Japanese language skills are a plus,
• Full Service Restaurant: 1 year (Preferred)
