We are seeking enthusiastic and service-focused Part Time (32 - 64 hours a fortnight) Waitpersons - Room Service to join our Food & Beverage team at Crown Metropol Perth. In this role, you will deliver exceptional in-room dining experiences by providing professional, friendly, and efficient service to guests while ensuring the highest standards of presentation and hospitality.
About the Role As a Room Service Waitperson, you will be responsible for taking guest orders, delivering food and beverages to guest rooms, setting up dining experiences, and ensuring all requests are fulfilled promptly and professionally. You will play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences through outstanding service and attention to detail.
This Role Requires Previous experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or customer service is desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including overnight, evenings, weekends, and public holidays. A positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional guest service. Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate (or willingness to obtain).
