Job summary

The Waiting Room at Crown Resorts in Perth is seeking a Bar Supervisor to help lead the bar operations of this iconic venue. This frontline leadership role will mentor a passionate bar team and ensure guests enjoy a luxury-level experience under the guidance of the Venue Manager.

The role focuses on upholding high standards in a renowned cocktail program and premium lounge setting. You will work across a rotating roster of shifts, with previous supervisory bar experience and strong time

The role The Waiting Room, is seeking a Bar Supervisor to help lead the bar operations of this iconic venue. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a key frontline leadership role within one of Perth's most recognised hospitality destinations. As Bar Supervisor, you’ll support the smooth delivery of daily service, mentor and guide a passionate bar team and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional, luxury level experience. Working closely with the Venue Manager and leadership team, you'll play an important role in upholding our high standards and maintaining bar excellence. Renowned for its refined cocktail program, premium lounge atmosphere and unforgettable guest moments, The Waiting Room is a standout in Perth's bar scene. With awards including 'Best Hotel Bar' and 'Best Bar' it continues to set the benchmark for five-star hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing excellent customer service

About you

• You’ll bring the following: Previous experience working within a Supervisory position in a bar environment
• Excellent time management
• Customer serviced focused with the want to learn and strive for excellence

To be successful, you’ll:

• Hold or willing to obtain a current Approved Managers License & RSA

This role requires you to:

• Work across a rotating roster of morning, daytime, and evening shifts
• Have previous supervisory experience in a busy venue
• Cocktail and wine knowledge
