Requirements include NSW RSA, excellent communication, and the ability to stay calm during peak periods. Availability for evenings and weekends is essential. Lebanese/Middle Eastern cuisine knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Section Waiter in a high-volume restaurant.
• NSW RSA competency card required.
• Excellent communication and guest-focused attitude.
• Able to stay calm, proactive and organized during peak periods.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Knowledge of Lebanese or Middle Eastern cuisine and wine is a plus.
