Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Section Waiter in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• A current NSW RSA competency card.
• Excellent communication and a warm, guest-focused personality.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a busy dining section with a high level of attention to detail.
• Deliver a seamless sequence of service, ensuring guests feel welcomed and attended to.
• Provide expert menu recommendations and confidently upsell food and beverages.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and manage guest requests professionally.
• Maintain strong section awareness and timing to ensure a smooth flow of service.
• Collaborate closely with the floor and kitchen teams to provide a memorable experience.
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of dietary requirements and allergens.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Section Waiter in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• A current NSW RSA competency card.
• Excellent communication skills and a warm, guest-focused personality.
• Ability to remain calm, proactive, and organized during busy peak periods.
• Availability to work a mix of evening and weekend shifts is essential.
• Knowledge of Lebanese or Middle Eastern cuisine and wine is highly regarded but not essential.
• A reliable, well-presented, and coachable professional with a passion for hospitality.
