Job summary

Zushi Restaurant Group in Sydney is seeking passionate Waitstaff and Bar Staff to join Zushi Barangaroo or Zushi Surry Hills. You will deliver outstanding service, take orders, recommend specials, and work closely with our kitchen and bar team to create a memorable dining experience.

We offer flexible shifts, staff meals, dining vouchers after probation, and opportunities for career progression within the group.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year restaurant or bar experience.
• Current NSW RSA Certificate.
• Intermediate to advanced English communication skills.
• Availability to work Fridays, Saturdays with flexible availability throughout the week.
• Australian work rights required.

We're looking for passionate, energetic, and experienced Waitstaff & Bar Staff to join our growing team at Zushi Barangaroo or Zushi Surry Hills.

About the Role

As part of our Front of House team, you'll:

• Deliver outstanding customer service.


• Take food and beverage orders with confidence.


• Recommend menu items and daily specials.

What we're looking for
