Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service.
• RSA certification is preferred in NSW.
• Able to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests with warmth and care.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Prepare and serve beverages responsibly.
• Deliver meals and drinks promptly.
• Process payments and operate POS accurately.
• Answer questions about menus and specials.
• Assist with dietary requests.

Your role

Continued business success and a rapidly growing team have created opportunities for enthusiastic Bar and Restaurant Team Members to join our hospitality operations.

This is a hands on, front of house customer service role where you will help create enjoyable and memorable experiences for our members and guests.

You may be welcoming customers, taking orders, serving meals, preparing drinks or helping the team during a busy service. Whatever the task, you will bring energy, attention to detail and a genuine desire to help people enjoy their time with us.

What you will do

• Welcome members and guests with warmth, professionalism and genuine care.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and serve beverages in accordance with responsible service requirements.
• Deliver meals and drinks promptly while providing attentive customer service.
• Process payments and operate point of sale systems accurately.
• Answer questions about menus, daily specials, promotions and venue facilities.
• Assist customers with dietary requirements and communicate requests clearly to the kitchen team.
• Clear and reset tables while maintaining clean, organised and welcoming dining areas.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, hygiene and food safety.
• Work closely with bar, restaurant, kitchen and management teams during busy services.
• Respond to customer questions, feedback and minor concerns with patience and professionalism.
• Represent our values and community brand in every interaction.
