Job summary

Zushi Barangaroo and Zushi Surry Hills within the Zushi Restaurant Group in Sydney are seeking passionate Waitstaff & Bar Staff to join our Front of House teams. You’ll deliver outstanding service and help create memorable dining experiences across our iconic venues.

With at least 1 year of restaurant or bar experience, NSW RSA certification, and strong English communication, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused setting, especially on Fridays and Saturdays, with flexibility beyond.

About the Role

As part of our Front of House team, you'll:

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year restaurant or bar experience.


• Current NSW RSA Certificate.

• Availability to work Fridays, Saturdays with flexible availability throughout the week.


• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.


• Must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position..
