Job summary

Entrecôte Brasserie in Prahran, Melbourne, is seeking experienced hospitality super stars to join our team. You will lead guest experiences, deliver high-quality service, and mentor a team to maintain our French-inspired hospitality standards.

The role emphasises organisation, event support, and creating memorable experiences for guests, with opportunities to be involved in learning and development programs and in-house events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in hospitality.
• Impeccable organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to deliver memorable guest experiences and maintain service standards.
• Leadership experience and capability to mentor a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the guest experience and service standards across shifts.

Naturally, you’ll bring your hospitality and leadership experience to this role.

-Cert III qualification in Hospitality (preferred by not required).

-Previous minimum 2 years experience

-Impeccable organisational skills
