Job summary

Crown Equipment is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support our WA Sales team from Welshpool. You will coordinate the end-to-end sales order process, liaise with internal teams, and ensure accurate invoicing and timely delivery of equipment across the Western Australia region.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, stakeholder communication, and effective administration to maintain a smooth customer journey and solid branch operations.

Qualifications

• Sales administration or office administration experience.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of the sales order process from receipt to delivery.
• Liaise with Account Managers, Sales Support, Finance, Workshop, Parts and Transport to ensure smooth customer experience.
• Track and monitor sales orders through production, workshop prep and delivery.
• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing across Retail, Fleet and National Accounts.
• Prepare and process sales files, job cards and supporting documentation.
• Raise purchase orders and capture all sales-related costs.
• Maintain sales tracking reports and order forecasts.
• Conduct file audits for gross profit and costing accuracy.
• Process commission-related documentation and reporting.
• Support installation reporting and warranty administration.
• Provide general administrative support to the Sales team and branch operations.
