Job summary

CJD Equipment in Guildford, WA is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to keep the Sales Department running smoothly. Based at our Guildford Branch, you will handle admin, quotes, tenders and deliveries while being the go-to person for the team.

You’ll build accurate sales records, manage branch marketing materials, assist with customer enquiries, coordinate with the workshop, and help prepare machinery demos and field days.

Qualifications

• Strong admin skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service experience in a hands-on role.
• Good understanding of products and eager to learn.
• Professional, proactive attitude and reliable.
• Current driver's licence.
