Job summary

Scania Australia is seeking a Delivery Coordinator to own the end-to-end process of delivering new vehicles in Western Australia. You will coordinate with sub-contractors to meet client specifications and ensure seamless, on-time movements from order to delivery.

You will liaise with the sales team and external suppliers, manage logistics planning, and ensure all technical and legal information is available for the Scania Service Network.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience in automotive retail or wholesale (delivery/logistics)
• Demonstrated stakeholder management and strong organizational skills
• Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem solving

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales administration process from new vehicle orders through to final delivery to the customer
• Plan and schedule vehicle logistics, supply and preparation of new vehicles
• Communicate with the sales team regarding vehicle delivery
• Liaise with external suppliers to coordinate new vehicle movements on schedule
• Ensure all technical, legal, and customer information is available to the Scania Service Network
