Sandvik Mining is seeking a Key Account Coordinator in Perth to coordinate capital equipment order contracts, support deliveries and invoicing, and maintain accurate records. You’ll work across Supply Chain, Logistics, Product Support and Sales to ensure timely customer outcomes.

The role requires strong organisation, multi‑tasking, and excellent stakeholder communication, with familiarity in CRM/ERP systems and commercial administration. A pre‑employment medical may be required.

Formación

• Experience in sales coordination or commercial administration.
• Knowledge of contract delivery and order management processes.
• Strong organisation with attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate capital equipment order contracts from sale through delivery and invoicing.
• Monitor milestones, delivery schedules, dependencies, and risks.
• Prepare scope of work and customer-specific equipment modifications.
• Maintain CRM, order management and account records, and support invoicing.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Service, Finance and Sales to meet commitments.
