Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple sites with a fashion apparel retailer.
• Experience in Area Management and readiness for State leadership.
• Proven track record of leading teams remotely.
• Strong people management and coaching skills.
• Eye for styling and high Visual Merchandising standards.
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage priorities.
• Ability to prepare and analyse rosters costed to targets.
• Highly motivated and self-driven.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-site stores across Western Australia.
• Drive a strong sales culture within concession and concept stores.
• Collaborate with VM team to implement guidelines.
• Maintain high customer service standards across all sites.
• Manage stock to maximise sales opportunities.
• Lead and develop store teams.
• Oversee recruitment and talent attraction strategies.
• Communicate business initiatives from Head Office to locations.
• Build relationships with store teams and stakeholders.
