Job summary

Brandbank Group is seeking a State Manager for kikki.K, based in Sydney, on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will oversee five NSW/ACT stores, drive sales, develop talent and deliver exceptional customer experiences while balancing strategic leadership with hands-on guidance.

You will lead multi-site teams, travel quarterly interstate, coach store managers and partner with VM to maintain high visual merchandising standards in a growing fashion retail brand.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a Multi-Site or Area Management role.
• Ability to manage teams remotely.
• Quarterly interstate travel.
• Strong visual merchandising oversight.
• High customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Accountability for NSW/ACT state performance, including sales, budgets and staff performance.
• Coach and develop store managers and teams across multiple locations.
• Drive stock management, promotions and shrinkage controls.
• Collaborate with VM and retail teams to maximise visual standards and sales.
• Foster harmonious store teamwork and adherence to policies and procedures.
