Job summary

Merse Wellness is seeking a Sales Manager to lead membership growth across WA locations from our South Perth head office. You will recruit, coach and drive Membership Consultants, setting KPIs and delivering exceptional sales results.

You will own sales campaigns for upcoming Merse locations, build corporate partnerships, and ensure a premium customer experience that reflects the brand. Applicants with Australian working rights are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading high-performing sales teams.
• Demonstrated ability to drive membership growth and hit targets.
• Strong ability to recruit, coach and motivate front-line sales staff.
• Experience managing KPIs and CRM practices to improve results.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front: generate leads, close memberships and set top performance standards.
• Own WA membership targets, conversion rates and overall sales results.
• Build and manage a high-performance Membership Consultant team.
• Lead pre-sales campaigns for new Merse locations and drive corporate partnerships.
• Develop proactive outreach to create sales opportunities and partnerships.
• Analyze results against KPIs and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
• Deliver a premium sales experience that reflects the Merse Wellness brand.
