Signcraft Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across Western Australia. You will lead opportunities from initial engagement through to commercial negotiation and handover, supported by our national team with specialist resources.

Role focuses on securing major commercial, infrastructure and government projects, while building lasting relationships with clients and partners across WA.

Formación

• Proven track record in business development or sales within construction, infrastructure, government or another project-led sector.
• Experience managing complex project sales, including tenders, quotations, contracts and commercial negotiations.
• Strong relationship, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Confidence using Microsoft 365 and CRM, ERP and/or tender platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and convert new business opportunities, maintaining a well-qualified pipeline across WA
• Develop long-term relationships with builders, architects, project managers, government clients and other key stakeholders
• Manage tenders, quotations, contracts and project scopes from initial opportunity through to handover
• Collaborate with estimating, design, project management, manufacturing and installation teams to develop commercially sound solutions
• Monitor market activity, upcoming projects, competitors and industry trends
