Job summary

Duratec is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow our business across Western Australia. You’ll actively engage with clients, uncover opportunities before they reach tender, and drive them through the sales cycle to secure major projects.

A field‑oriented, client‑facing role with strong industry networks is essential. You will collaborate with operations to craft win strategies, open new market doors, and demonstrate how Duratec can solve client challenges while contributing to growth

Qualifications

• Experience in business development within construction, infrastructure, defence, mining, energy or related sectors.
• Strong ability to build and maintain client networks and relationships.
• Proven track record turning opportunities into projects and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with existing and new clients across WA.
• Identify opportunities before tender and guide through the sales cycle to win work.
• Collaborate with operations to develop win strategies for projects.
• Open doors into new markets and clients.
• Help clients understand how Duratec can address challenges.
• Support major pursuits and submissions.
• Represent Duratec at industry events and client meetings.
• Create opportunities that become revenue and long‑term partnerships.
