Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 10+ years in financial services, markets, FX or front-office ops with leadership.
• Expertise in FX post-trade lifecycle, risk oversight, and client service.
• Track record leading globally distributed teams and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional FX FOTS teams across APAC to support FX products and services.
• Help build APAC Financing Solutions FOTS, partnering with global leaders.
• Serve as Regional Lead and contribute to global FOTS strategy.
• Collaborate with FX Sales & Trading and eFX for post-trade activities.
• Resolve trade, booking, account and workflow exceptions promptly.
• Enhance processes, controls, escalation, and service standards.
• Oversee readiness for new products, systems and workflow changes.
• Drive continuous improvement, resiliency, and risk management.
