Job summary

State Street seeks a Vice President Regional Lead for FX Front Office Trading Services to drive regional support across APAC, partnering with global FOTS leadership to deliver scalable, client-focused post-trade services for FX products.

You will oversee processes, training, and risk controls while advancing the global strategy and elevating service quality for trading desk partners and clients in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in financial services with leadership responsibility.
• Expertise in FX post-trade lifecycle, exception management, risk oversight.
• Experience leading globally distributed teams with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead APAC FX Front Office Trading Services teams and partners.
• Drive strategy, operating model, and client experience across regions.
• Coordinate with Sales & Trading, Risk, Ops and Tech for global alignment.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, controls, and operational resilience.
• Develop talent, succession planning, and performance culture.
