Job summary

State Street seeks a Vice President to lead Front Office Trading Services across APAC, overseeing FX post-trade support and financing solutions in a regional capacity. The role reports to the Global Head of FOTS and partners with Sales, Risk, and Operations to deliver scalable, client-focused service.

You will guide global-first processes, drive operational excellence, and manage a high-performing team across regions, ensuring readiness for new products and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 10+ years in financial services with leadership in FX, trading support or front-office operations.
• Experience leading globally distributed teams and managing senior stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of FX products, market infrastructure, and regulatory environments.
• Exposure to front-office support or Financing Solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional FX FOTS teams across APAC with scalable, client-focused operating model.
• Build-out APAC Financing Solutions FOTS team in partnership with global leadership.
• Contribute to global FOTS strategy and ensure global-first processes.
• Partner with FX Sales & Trading and eFX for post-trade support.
• Drive resolution of trade and workflow exceptions with Operations, Tech, Risk.
• Review and enhance controls, service standards and regulatory compliance.
• Lead readiness for new products and systems with testing and adoption.
• Develop a high-performing regional team with succession planning.
