Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with UNIX, SQL and middleware support.
• Exposure to monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk and Grafana.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stable operation of business applications and critical systems.
• Identify and implement automation and process optimization opportunities.
• Engage with users and application owners to resolve service-related queries.
• Develop and update standard operating procedures; coordinate with Level 3 teams for permanent fixes.
