Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in financial services, operations, or technology services.
• Experience with business-critical applications to support client service.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on UNIX, SQL and Middleware support experience.
• Monitoring tools: Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana.
• Fluent in English.

Aufgaben

• Represent as production management lead in Australia during local senior meetings.
• Ensure stable operation and continuous improvement of critical applications.
• Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization and efficiency.
• Engage with users and app owners to resolve service queries.
• Develop and update SOPs and runbooks from L2/L3 insights.
• Collaborate with Level 3 teams for permanent fixes and RCA documentation.
• Resolve incidents and perform RCA for complex issues; maintain KEDB.
• Review RCAs, track actions, and drive preventative measures.
• Manage stakeholder communications for service status and changes.
• Support onboarding of new applications and operational readiness activities.
