Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading large transformational programs.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and investment management processes.
• Knowledge of front and middle office technology is an advantage.
• Experience with Agile software development and highly configurable systems.
• Ability to travel across the region as required.

Responsibilities

• Leading client-facing Alpha implementation programs and coordinating teams.
• Overseeing significant phases of client implementations and milestone planning.
• Monitoring progress, resolving issues, and initiating corrective actions.
• Supporting delivery with the Client Implementation Executive.
• Communicating guidance from Oversight groups to program owners and clients.
• Managing risks, dependencies, and interfaces within the program governance.
