Job summary

State Street Australia is seeking an experienced Client Implementation Assistant Vice President to coordinate and deliver end-to-end client implementations for a diverse client base. You will partner with multiple internal teams and external providers to ensure timely, compliant changes and new business installations.

The role requires 5–10 years’ experience in a similar capacity, a Finance/Accounting/Economics degree, and a strong focus on risk, controls, and client service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years’ experience in a similar role within financial services.
• Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding service levels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end client implementation events across Australia.
• Coordinate product launches and ensure go-live readiness.
• Review mandates for operational risks and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain robust operational controls and incident reporting.
• Identify process improvements and support transformational initiatives.
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee KYC activities and due diligence for new investors.
