Job summary

State Street's Alpha Data Platform team is seeking a versatile Business Analyst with strong business and data analysis skills to manage development and support of product offerings. You will translate complex customer needs into actionable requirements and collaborate across business, implementation and technology teams.

Key responsibilities include creating agile stories, driving an integrated view of the business, and supporting client delivery from planning through lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum BS/BA degree required in Technology, Finance, Business, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of industry experience with front, middle, and back office functionality, and/or data management platforms (i.e. Eagle, GoldenSource, S&P (formerly Markit) EDM etc.)

Responsibilities

• Articulate and document business requirements in agile story form for strategic product development.
• Develop an integrated view of the business using Business Architecture to drive outcomes.
• Create Agile stories and work with the development team through the project lifecycle.
