Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years' experience in client implementation or related roles in asset management.
• Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Proven track record of meeting service levels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end client implementation events across Australia, including new mandate installations and broker onboarding.
• Coordinate and support product launches with internal stakeholders.
• Review new mandates and products for operational, regulatory, and delivery risks.
• Operate under the Risk Excellence framework with established controls and incident reporting.
• Identify process inefficiencies and support operational improvements.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate client events.
• Participate in new business implementation and transformation initiatives.
• Oversee KYC activities, including investor due diligence and ongoing screening.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver transformation programs.
