Working with teams across the Gallery, this role supports staff development and helps deliver engaging experiences that connect audiences with art and culture across Australia and beyond.

Responsabilidades

• The Volunteer and Visitor Services Coordinator shapes the delivery of exceptional visitor experiences across the Gallery.
• The role is responsible for coordinating AGSA’s front-of-house operations and our dedicated community of Volunteers and Guides.
• Working closely with teams across the Gallery, the role champions service excellence, fosters a welcoming and inclusive visitor environment, and contributes to continual improvement of visitor services.
