ACT Public Service (ACTPS) is seeking a Volunteer and Visitor Experience Manager to lead a large volunteer program across the National Arboretum Canberra and Stromlo Forest Park. The role focuses on recruitment, training, support and recognition to deliver outstanding visitor experiences.

You will supervise the Visitor Services Coordinator and collaborate with staff and partners to enhance visitation and service offerings while maintaining a welcoming, inclusive environment for volunteers.
