Orange Sky Australia is seeking a Team Leader Operations Support on a 12-month secondment to lead the Volunteer Operations Support team across Australia, guiding daily activities and upholding our values.

You will coach and develop the team, plan workloads, drive process improvements, monitor performance against OKRs, support frontline services including recruitment and onboarding, and work with other leaders to deliver delightful supporter experiences.

• Leading & Developing the Team: Manage day-to-day activities of Volunteer Operations Support and provide coaching.
• Workload Planning: Distribute work equitably to maintain high support standards for volunteers and stakeholders.
• Process Innovation: Identify opportunities to streamline administrative tasks via system improvements and automation.
• Service Continuity: Monitor team performance against OKRs to ensure timely resolution of enquiries.
• Frontline Operations: Support portfolio of services including recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Collaborative Impact: Work with functional leaders and external partners to improve supporter experience.
