Orange Sky Australia is seeking a Team Leader Operations Support for a 12-month secondment. You will mentor the Volunteer Operations Support team, drive service excellence, and ensure a consistent frontline volunteer experience across Australia.

This role sits in Operations and requires leadership, OS system knowledge (Rosterfy, Airtable, Asana), and a passion for our mission. Expect collaboration with internal teams and external partners to deliver strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience or readiness to lead a high-performing, supporter-centric team.
• Understanding of Orange Sky OS systems (Rosterfy, Airtable, Asana) and workflows.
• Excellent communication with diverse staff and volunteers.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and proactive service improvement.
• Strong organisational and time management skills balancing a portfolio with leadership duties.
• Genuine passion for connecting communities and enabling the Operations team.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the Volunteer Operations Support team and act as escalation point.
• Plan workload distribution to maintain high-quality volunteer support.
• Identify opportunities to streamline tasks through system improvements and automation.
• Monitor OKRs to ensure timely resolution of enquiries and a smooth volunteer lifecycle.
• Support frontline operations including recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Collaborate with functional leaders and external partners on strategic initiatives.
