Job summary

Country Fire Authority (CFA) in Victoria is seeking a Learning and Development professional for a fixed-term role in Horsham District 17. You will coordinate, design and deliver training programs to strengthen volunteer capability across the district.

The role requires a TA E40116 (or near completion), understanding of RTO standards, a current driver's licence and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Hybrid work arrangements are available and you’ll join a supportive team.

Qualifications

• TAE40116 or equivalent qualification or near completion.
• Understanding of RTO standards and environments.
• Current driver's licence.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within time and quality expectations.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with stakeholders to coordinate the annual district training plan.
• Analyse, schedule and coordinate training programs to meet capability requirements.
• Provide advice and support to Regional Learning and Development teams to ensure consistency.
