Job summary

The Country Fire Authority is seeking a Learning and Development professional on a fixed-term basis to strengthen volunteer capability across the district. You will design, coordinate and deliver training programs, liaise with stakeholders and manage the annual district training plan to meet capability requirements.

You will bring TAE40116 or equivalent, understand RTO standards, and hold a current driver's licence, with a collaborative, proactive approach and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• TAE40116 or equivalent is required or near completion.
• Understanding of RTO standards and environments.
• Current drivers licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, design and deliver training programs to strengthen volunteer capability across the district.
• Liaise with stakeholders and manage the annual district training plan to meet capability requirements.
• Provide advice and support to Regional Learning and Development teams to ensure consistency of training programs.
