Job summary

Synergie Australia is hiring Cold Storage Pick Packers for our distribution centre in Tullamarine. The role includes voice picking, Tugger/MHE operation, and work in cold storage (chillers & freezers). Day shift 6am–2pm and afternoon shift 2pm–10pm, Mon–Sat and Sun to Thu with occasional Fridays.

ASAP start. We offer competitive hourly rates with freezer allowance and weekly pay. Applicants must have cold storage experience, be available Mon–Sun, have Australian working rights, and reliable

Qualifications

• Voice picking in a cold storage environment.
• Experience operating MHE/Tugger in a distribution setting.
• Cold storage experience including chillers/freezers is required.

Synergie is seeking Cold Storage Pick Packers for Cold Storage Distribution Centre located in Tullamarine

The important parts:

• DAY SHIFT: 6AM – 2PM – Shifts between Monday to Saturday
• AFTERNOON SHIFT:2PM - 10PM - Shifts betweenSunday to Thursday, occasional Fridays
• Day rate - $40.58per hour + freezer allowance
• Afternoon rate - $46.26 per hour + freezer allowance
• ASAP START

What you will be required to do:

• Voice Picking
• Operating a MHE/Tugger
• Working within Cold storage, including chiller & freezer

To be successful in the role you will:

• Have cold storage experience
• Experienced with operating a tugger / MHE
• Voice picking experience
• Available Monday – Sunday
• Have working rights in Australia
• Have access to reliable transport and ability to get to work
• Demonstrate a positive attitude towards safety and its importance in every role.
