Job summary

Labour Force Solutions is seeking Cold Storage Voice Pickers in New South Wales for a temporary role based around Eastern Creek/Huntingwood. You will work in chilled environments (-5 to -28°C) with Electric Pallet Jacks and voice-picking processes. Training is provided; day shifts Mon-Fri with potential 10-hour days and overtime.

Start times range 9–11am, with flexibility to stand out. Pay starts at $41.70/hour with probation rate plus allowances; after 6 months, pay increases to $47/hour.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the warehousing industry.
• Experience operating Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ).
• Experience in cold storage (−5 to −28 degrees).
• Experience with Pick & Pack and pallet stacking.
• Voice picking experience.
• Current forklift licence desirable but not essential.

Back COLD Storage Voice Pickers Wanted - Eastern Creek - Transport & Logistics Huntingwood , New South Wales Temporary Sep 3, 2026

Our business partner based in the Eastern Creek area is a Australian Owned organization that delivers leading edge supply chain management systems and cost effective logistics solutions to their customers within the food industry.

This position will be working in the Chiller and Freezer room, if you are unable to work in cold environments please do not apply.

Pay rate will be $41.70 per hour!!! probation rate + Allowances. after 6 months pay rate will be increased to $47 per hour. DAY SHIFTS on offer Monday - Friday. Flexibility will be required as the hours per day potentially will be up to 10 hours daily where required.

Start times will be as below. Morning Shift - Start times will be Between 9am & 11am shifts start times - flexibility will see you stand out from the crowd.

Training will be provided, if you are keen with a willingness to learn, flexible and looking for stable work.

We are seeking applications from individuals who meet the following selection criteria:

• knowledge of the warehousing industry
• Previous experience operating and Electric Pallet Jack EPJ
• Previous experience working in cold Storage - Freezers and Chiller minus5 degrees and possibly minus28 degrees
• Experience with Pick & Pack and knowledge oncarton stackingon pallets
• Previous experience with VOICE PICKING
• Experience with pallet stacking
• MUST be flexible for the mentioned start times
• flexible as there maybe standby shifts rostered
• Forklift licence and experience with high reach( DESIRABLEBUT NOT ESSENTIAL)
• Flexibility to work overtime and ability to work day or afternoon shifts where required.
• Physically fit and in good health
• Good communication skills
• Astrong & reliablework history
• 2 x work related referees
• must be available to overtime and possible weekends where required
• Must have a current Drivers License & own reliable transport
