Job summary

Synergie Australia is seeking Experienced Pickers for a busy Distribution Centre in Wetherill Park, NSW. You will perform voice picking, EPJ operation, and order preparation with the potential for permanency and ongoing shifts.

Casual ongoing employment with immediate starts is available, with options to work up to 6 days per week and KPI-driven targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse picking experience.
• Voice picking experience – preferred.
• Ride-on EPJ experience – essential.
• Experience working within a busy warehouse or Distribution Centre.
• Good physical fitness and ability to perform repetitive manual handling.
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Ability to work efficiently and meet KPIs.
• Full working rights in Australia.
• Own reliable transport – essential.

Experienced Pickers – Wetherill Park

$35+ PER HOUR | IMMEDIATE START | ONGOING WORK | POTENTIAL PERMANENCY

Synergie Australia is currently seeking experienced Pickers to join a busy Distribution Centre in Wetherill Park.

WHAT'S ON OFFER

• From $35+ per hour
• Day Shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm
• Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
• Ongoing casual employment
• Immediate starts available
• Consistent hours
• Additional shifts available, with the opportunity to work up to 6 days per week
• Potential permanent opportunities for the right candidates

ABOUT THE ROLE

Working within a fast-paced dry storage Distribution Centre, your duties will include:

• Voice picking customer orders
• Operating ride-on Electric Pallet Jacks (EPJ)
• Picking and packing orders
• Lifting and stacking cartons and pallets
• Pallet wrapping and preparing orders for dispatch
• Repetitive manual handling, bending and lifting
