Job summary

Synergie Australia is seeking experienced Pickers for a Distribution Centre located in Wetherill Park for immediate start. Ongoing casual roles with day and afternoon shifts available. Daily duties include order picking using a voice-picking system, operating an Electric Pallet Jack, building and wrapping pallets, and heavy lifting.

You must be rostered Mon–Sun. To be successful you will have picker experience in a large DC, be KPI-driven, have full working rights and reliable transport, and

The important parts:

• Day shift: 6am-2pm & Afternoon shift: 2pm-10pm
• Ongoing role with immediate start
• Day shift $36.40 & Afternoon shift $40.77

What you will be required to do:

Reliable with a strong work ethic & high attention to detail is a must to be considered for this opportunity

• Building pallets from the ground and wrapping them by hand
• Physically fit – ability to do heavy lifting and stacking pallets

• Picking and packing exp working for a large DC
• Ability to meet KPI’s
• Have full working rights
• Have access to reliable transport and ability to get to work
• Demonstrate a positive attitude towards safety and its importance in every role.
