Job summary

The Arnott's Group is seeking a Sales Support Representative for a permanent part-time role (20 hours) in Sydney, with duties including store-level merchandising, stock upkeep and promoting Arnott's promotions. The role requires availability for at least four days per week and a valid driver’s licence.

You will work with store staff to build displays, manage stock, and support Territory Managers to achieve sales targets while adhering to OH&S guidelines.

Qualifications

• Higher school certificate preferred.
• Experience in merchandising or sales in grocery/FMCG preferred.
• Ability to sell and upgrade promotions.
• Good communication and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Perform merchandising at store level in line with trade standards.
• Maximise sales by identifying incremental opportunities.
• Ensure stock availability and correct ticketing/POS.
• Manage customer relationships with store staff.
• Adhere to call plans and tasks via i-CAP and Territory Manager.
• Follow OH&S guidelines.
