Job summary

The Arnott's Group is seeking a Merchandiser to establish and maintain in-store visual presence across Port Macquarie to Kempsey. This permanent part-time role (18 hours) requires a driver’s licence and a roadworthy vehicle. You will build displays, manage stock, and promote Arnott's brands with store staff.

You’ll work 3 days a week in a team-focused environment, driving sales and ensuring correct pricing and POS at each location. Join a company known for iconic brands and collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Preferably Higher school certificate.
• Previous merchandising/sales experience in grocery or FMCG is preferred.
• Strong drive, customer focus and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform merchandising duties at store level following trade standards.
• Maximise sales by identifying incremental opportunities where possible.
• Ensure stock availability on displays and accurate ticketing on POS.
• Maintain strong relationships with store staff and communicate effectively.
• Follow the scheduled Call Plan and complete in-store tasks as directed.
• Assist Territory Manager with achieving objectives and resolving non-compliance issues.
